Website and resource-request privacy notice

Pacific Digital Consulting collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, deliver requested resources, understand service demand and improve the website.

Information we collect

When you request a solution brief, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, country or region, organisation type, budget band, procurement stage, preferred contact method, selected services and delivery assumptions. We associate the generated solution with your request so it can be delivered and followed up. Anonymous builder events may record workflow progress, but do not include your name or email.

How we use it

• Generate and deliver the resource you requested.
• Respond to your enquiry and assess whether PDC can support the proposed work.
• Measure qualified enquiries and improve service design.
• Send research updates only where you provide separate optional consent.

Storage and disclosure

Resource requests are stored through Cloudflare infrastructure and may be processed by PDC’s transactional email provider. PDC does not sell personal information. Access is limited to people responsible for business development, delivery planning and system administration.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is retained only for legitimate business, contractual and legal purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw research-update consent, by emailing hello@pacificdigitalconsultancy.org.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not enter credentials, vulnerability details, classified information, protected health information or culturally restricted knowledge into the builder. These matters should be discussed through an agreed secure channel.
